It's damn impressive that he has 64 rec for 949 yards.
That's a higher YPC than Andrews and Kelce.
He's 21st among all players in receiving yards, which shows he can be the equivalent of a WR1.
I think Pitts and Chase both are who we expected them to be - Chase would be someone likely in the Top 10 and pushing for Top 5, Pitts would be likely among the Top 5 at TE and would push for pretty high production.
