And my take is that he is improving - this year.  Growth is not always a foregone conclusion, and there was a time when I thought he wasn't going to grow.   But he's grown this year.  And I think he's going to continue that trend.

I could see us folding in the next 2 weeks against 2 really good teams, winning the division and one playoff game, or going to the Superbowl.

Most fun I've felt at this point in the season since 2015.
