Only Chase, Waddle, Smith, and Pitts are playing like top receiving options.
Pitts just needs to get into the endzone more, but otherwise he's right up there with the top 3 WRs that were drafted.
Toney is actually electric and I think ends up a really good receiver. Some injury bad luck and a dysfunctional team derailed him a bit this year but he could be special.
