Those losses were as much on the coaches as any other games.

In order:  The Bengals were in Charger territory driving with the ball down 4 points when Mixon gave away a fumble TD.  Minimally a 10 point swing.  This, after overcoming the massive deficit. 

The Niners were doing NOTHING on offense without the additional possessions (and field possessions) they don't lose that game, either.
