The dude is also very humble. He talked in the presser Saturday night about he being the one that tightened up on some playcalling and not the players. I've questioned ZT more than once this year on decisions that I still feel were very concerning even though most worked out for him but he simply takes the fright out of the players and they look at some of the decisions and say "it's on us" if we don't make it.
I believe most players would like more of a hand in things on the field versus being on a yo yo and ZT believes his guys can and will make the play.Belief and believing is everything.
