I think what we all learned this year is that if you do not get the proper fitting players who can gel with the current locker room and actually have the desire to WIN for/Teammates/Fans/City and Ofcourse themselves and their families then its all for not...
Trust when i say the league is full of uninspired players just seeking a large paycheck and that is their only concern
The battle ahead is finding the hungry/Selfless/Character guys
