BACKUP TIGHT END WITH STARTER POTENTIAL: Potential has been the key word for Howard who has had two good seasons and three below-average ones. He can be a vertical threat with his size and speed and he's shown to be a capable run blocker, it's just a matter of getting it out of him every week.
