How did Burrow hurt his knee last year? On a sack, right? How did he hurt his knee in the Super Bowl? Another sack?

He's not Tyler Eifert, tearing ligaments by sneezing. He's taking hits. Record amounts of them in a short time frame (102 sacks in 30 games).

Forget other QBs. If Joe Burrow gets sacked 200 times or 50 times, which do you think is more likely to lead to injury? Yeah it's possible he gets injured on literally any sack/hit or even some other way. Less likely though.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
