Are we rolling with Sample as the starting TE?

It's weird really the Bengals made 3 solid signings(Cappa, Karras, Hill) but they weren't upper tier which is fine but since then they have not really filled hole.


I said in another thread I felt thr Bengals had a plan but now I'm not so sure.
