You are correct, I forgot Moss. Spotrac does not list Wilcox as under contract. Though OTC does. When I get conflicting info like that, I leave the player off. I thought Wilcox was an ERFA & we had to tender him & I heard no word on that. Nor on Clay Johnston, but as both sites list him, I put him on.
I can remember an article saying we did not tender Ray.
