Predict Position Picks in Round 1 and Bengals pick (or trade down)

I think if a can't miss WR is sitting there at #31 Bengals will have to consider it. The compensation for WR vets has sky rocketed so ant teams ability to grab a WR on a rookie deal and have them in essence locked for 5 years versus 3 years became a huge deal in my opinion.
