This is not two idiots playing make believe cops, this is a state sanctioned attempt at infiltrating and getting access to the Bidens. It's why I-phones were given to the SS agents, so they could listen in on conversations agents may be present for and track the agents when they are guarding them. Too much money and tradecraft for it not to be a state operation. Probably looking to pay Biden back for Bin Laden since they most likely can't get to Obama anymore.
