Depends on what you're talking about. If you're talking about high school T&F, about 50-60% of NFL players participated in that. If you're talking about Olympians, i think around 40 or so have been drafted in the nfl since its formation and 23 of them played in an actual game--not all of them sprinters and three of them participated in the winter Olympics.
