I was mainly talking on this point: 

"I have been told in no uncertain terms that Zac  is in control of the players we draft. Or maybe Robin. But Mike does not control draft picks anymore." 


I don't believe Fred has a single source or has been "told" anything reliable by anyone of any substance.
