That doesn't sound like someone who is going to give up snaps to Evans. The coaches for whatever reason love them some Perine.

Agreed. Even though if he were cut, there would be no dead money, he’s still kinda cap friendly for an involved player. I personally am intrigued by Evans, but I certainly wouldn’t expect them to put their eggs in that basket yet for a contending team.
