Hopefully he will continue to improve and be better this year.  Adding free agent talent seems to really improve his coaching ability.  So maybe the additions to the O-line will get him over the hump.

Not really fair. Zac sounded foolish crowing that we're right there because we were losing a lot of close games. There are very few blowouts in the NFL. The 0-16 Browns lost a ton of close games. I don't think Zac Taylor is Vince Lombardi, but close scores are not an indictment on him. He's winning now that he's got a talented team. It'd be a problem if they won 6 games last year, but were close.
I'm gonna break every record they've got. I'm tellin' you right now. I don't know how I'm gonna do it, but it's goin' to get done.
