If you are trying to upgrade your TV viewing experience then going from LED screen to OLED screen is the single most important thing. The difference between screen/picture quality is ridiculous.  

You may want to do some research
Most professional sports are broadcast in 4K and I have seen many movies broadcast in 8K since I bought it over a year ago
mMy projector had 4k also and watched many NFL games in 4 K
