I think one way of looking at this is to say that you blame the child and her guardians for taking her out of state with the argument that, hey you might not even have been charged and if you had you might win at trial.

Let's look at the number of people, in OH government, questioned the entire story.  Will they believe a 10 year old? Her family? 

Would they want to do an investigation before allowing the abortion?


Just having the exception doesn't mean it will go unquestioned even if a report has been filed with the police.

HAHAHA, they would not have taken the girl to court and tried her. Would be the dumbest move possible, and anyone that thinks they would .. well you probably just pushing your own political agenda.
