Heck, you can make him a WR4. He has 4.51 speed and is 6'6", 251 lbs.

Keep in mind that Howard did this 35 lbs heavier than Higgins too.

If the Bengals didn't want to use him as an inline TE, they could definitely use him as a backup WR.
