Utah parents complained a HS athlete might be transgender after she beat daughter

Having a daughter.

I’d hate for her to lose her spot on a team, chance at varsity, or to start/get a college scholarship etc, because a man who now identifies as a woman took her spot.

What can they do to make sure that dosent happen? Doesn’t seem fair
