Yes and no.  When you spend the first year with a really bad roster and the second year with a roster worthy of the number one pick, you'll have a bad overall record.

I love that the players play hard for Zac.  But I worry that they are starting to turn on him because of the play calling.  He probably needs to give that up before it's too late.
