If you asked most Democrats about Tulsi, they would tell you she wasn't one which is one of the reasons she did so poorly in the 2020 Presidential race.

The border wall was at least trying and it would have been completed and preventing a lot more illegal immigrants from entering the country if the Dems hadn’t stopped the construction.
