It's your thesis that kids identifying as cats is a wide-spread phenomena, you are close to a direct witness, investigate a bit further and report back to us. It would be quite the natural thing to do to strengthen your position.

For as of now, it sure looks like some kids were doing dress-up in one school and unreflected folks on the right like you use that to paint a grim and ridiculous picture about crazy leftist culture.

Oh and the internet mentions one case in Australia that is quite vaguely sourced and also, one person in a country on the other side of the earth. That's all. All the claims regarding the US are folks claiming they heard a story from a friend whose sister... and so on. Not a single tangible story, no pictures, no teachers speaking out, nothing. Just rumours spread by right-leaning folks that have heard things.
Putting words in my mouth. I never said it was a wide spread phenomenon.

How can you expect to be taken seriously in this discussion when you make things up and use empty rhetoric?

I don't care enough about it to ask her about it or waste my time doing it.

If you're not lying, just tell us what school it was. If its true there will probably be someone here that can substantiate the claims.  We already know what school you spoke at on the 12th...  (because of those internet searches you told us about)  If someone did tell you that and THEY were lying, then you can have that fun learning moment.

Considering the school, I highly doubt there are kids there 'identifying' as cats or that a teacher told you as such.  I'd tell you to back out and learn your lesson, but I'm pretty certain I know your next move.

You say "we know," but who is we?

Actually, the old guy driving me brought it up because he said that students in his grandkids school were doing it and then the teacher said that they had a few students who did it.

How do you know anyone on here knows details about the school and these school matters?

I'm not saying you were right or wrong about the school if it was the one I just presented at, but what do you mean "considering the school"?

Do you think only public schools are doing this?
