The stat is useless
It's not a simple thing about yards. Boyd ran through a zone and 1 guy fell down to allow the TD. Chase's TD down the right sideline was a perfect throw over 2 defenders that were right on him and his other TD was a relatively short throw that he outran everyone to the EZ.
As far as "similar", the Falcons had a couple guys that graded well. A safety, Terrell who only played 6 snaps and a corner who had an "average" grade. The 4 other DBs had below average grades. The Bengals had 4 DBs that graded average to above. The Bengals 4 DBs that graded below average had a total of 23 combined coverage snaps.
I'm not defending the grades because i've come to rely less and less on them to be as accurate as what i'm watching but it's not really true that the Falcons were graded similarly.
