As much as I don't want to say it... I think the Bengals lose the next few games until he returns.

While I agree that he is certainly a game changer I do believe Joe forces the ball to him quite often, sometimes resulting in bad things.
Without the internal pressure of forcing the ball to Chase, Joe should be able to become a little more efficient finding the best targets. 

I would hope to think the team can win a game or two missing their best WR.
