Battle for Seeding or Rest Battered Starters?

The debate on resting starters to prevent injury goes back and forth and I don't know if there is a right answer. I do know that personally a guy like Hendrickson who is playing with an injury shouldn't be out there at this point. Guys who are really banged up should be resting for the playoffs.
