One that believes his religion says it is ok.  

The child would have no say.  That's just the way it is.  The Wyoming GOP says its a "constitutional right" to not have a legal lower limit.

I had a wonderful childhood with two loving parents who would NOT have done such a thing.  But they aren't right wing loonies either, so there's that.
