I like these guys as 12 personnel TEs that are your TE-Y. The Bengals definitely need a guy like that because Sample will likely be gone. But what they really need a more well rounded TE though for all of the 11 personell packages they run.
My two personal favorites are Kraft and Whyle in that order.
