Everyone is so impressed by Darnell Washington pushing that sled back and me all I can think about when watching that clip is "YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG!" He doesn't really come out of his stance and strike the bag he reaches out and lightly perfectly places his hands on the sled then just starts driving.


Edit: Although its not an issue because Washington just beats people up on tape.
