If he chooses not to play or does not play his ass off it could really hurt him as a free agent.
It would not surprise me in the least to see Jonah Williams traded, perhaps even during the draft. It happens every year when a team misses out on the prospect that they had their eye on. Even with his faults, Williams is at least an experienced, solid LT capable of starting.
