That site gave a ton of cheating points to the 1963 Chargers for having trainers hand each play steroids every day in practice. The Steelers were award cheating points because the 1970's team was apparently a head of the steroid curve - a decade after the chargers.

The Ravens got more cheating points in their last Super Bowl than the Pats got for spygate and deflate combined - and it wasn't even for cheating. It was about a comment Flacco made on the sideline and nothing more.
