Thank you, interesting in its own right. Discovery requires the prosecution "showing its hand", and not hiding evidence. Of course an argument could be made that public disclosure could unfairly prejudice voir dire, but in NYC the only reasonable argument in that regard would be made in Trump's favor. Interesting to say the least.
