Scott might not even start. That is one of those desperate March signings after losing a bidding war for a starter lost, that a good draft prospect quickly takes the place of. As deep as we are into the offseason, I'm surprised more haven't really seen Scott for what he's worth.

I personally don't think he's all that good. With Battle, and the emotions of losing Bell fading, it might be safe to admit that now.
