That only connects the money to Hunter. He sent a message. He received the money. You have no evidence that Joe was actually there, that he was aware of the message, or that he was aware of or received any of the money.
You have to take the next step...find something that PROVES Joe was in the room, that Joe received money and did something illegal with it. You know real evidence of wrongdoing.
all you've got is Hunter invoking Joe's name. You know nothing else that is evidence of an illegal action
