Yow Pally! HB's situation is very different from Ivanka's. 

She was actually part of the U.S. government when she used her father's influence to get those deals.

Trump has never denied being in the room with Chinese officials on official business when the patents were discussed.

That means she was in her official capacity working for America when . . . . um her clothing label er ... Oh wait. 

Nevermind.  If there were any there there, Jordan et al. would be on it.
