That is a fact concluded by Durham clearly written in his report. Yet Dill refuses to refer to dossier was a hoax and remove it and no basis for an investigation

You are aware that the investigations were not started over the Stelee dossier. They were started over Trump advisor Papadopoulos claiming that Russian officials possess imformation damaging to Hillary Clinton.
The dossier was part of the investigation, was corroborated in some aspects and remained unverified in many others. But the investigation was never just about this dossier.
