It's not about logic, it's about who gets more EC votes.  I personally don't agree with the GOP choosing Trump over Gary Johnson or other proven successful republicans, I think that was illogical...but that's what they did.

More people voted for Trump than Gary Johnson.  I disagree with that, but I accept it.  I wanted us to be on Gary Johnson's second term right now.  I don't like that Trump and Biden are the ones who got elected at all.  Why did the GOP go with Trump instead of a successful republican governor like Gary Johnson?
