I'd say the difference is that Trump does weird shit because he's an egomaniac who has no one around him that would dare tell him no. Biden does weird shit because his mental acuity is dog shit. Quite a fine choice we've set ourselves up for in '24.
Both gentlemen display very real and visible signs of cognitive issues. It's unfortunate that these will likely be the options in 2024.
