He is just not a very good X's and O's coach. He gets by having an offense with an overabundance of talent and a defense led by Anarumo that keeps the team in every game. Taylor's actual coaching/playcalling on offense is crap. The Bengals need a real O.C. that knows how to design an offensive system with the talent we have and to be able to call the plays. No more Taylor thinking he is an offensive guru. He needs to be the head coach not the co-offensive coordinator.
