At first, you were trying to say President Biden shut down the entire Keystone pipeline... So was that a flat-out lie or you just didn't do your research? Hey genius, Biden took office in 2021, not 2020, which means he took office AFTER the SC ruling. TC Energy then decided not to appeal AFTER Biden took office. Now that you know what year Biden was sworn in, read my post again, reflect, and reconsider who you think is the one spewing nonsense here.
