Why Are The Bengals So Reluctant To Replace Coaches?

When hired, we were told Zac was this brilliant offensive guru, and he cant make the changes knowing his QB is going to be playing nowhere near his normal production.

Oh let's dink it for a game and see what happens. And then surprise em and run up the middle.

Im not sure what evidence there was for anyone to believe that Zac was a brilliant offensive guru?  He called plays for 5 games at Miami, losing 3 and averaging a whopping 17 points.  He was just as bad at UC averaging 18 pts per game and lost 8 games.

Being an assistant WR coach for a season and QB coach for 1 year under McVay doesnt really turn a coach into Andy Reid.

He has done well as a HC, I disagree at times, but he has more positives than negatives.
