How was the culture under Belichick, Saban, Payton, and Johnson without an elite QB? Pretty much the same as under Zac Taylor with Andy Dalton.  Zac Taylor had less success with Andy Dalton than Marvin Lewis despite more support from the front office than Lewis ever enjoyed.
