Yea I would think he would not declare because he'll very likely be a Day 3 pick if he declares.

What are your thoughts on Ben Sinnott out of K St?
I like him too but he might be just a bit too short. More of a TE/FB hybrid like Ryan Hewitt.
Wonder if he would be there in the 4th round.
