There is no moment to “stop and reflect” when terrorists are murdering children for whatever cause they believe in. It’s either bad or it’s not.

100% correct. When a terrorist organization funded by a terrorist state, Iran, attacks a country out of the blue there is no considering, "why is Hamas so angry?". They're terrorist scum who care nothing for the lives their ending or endangering. Dill loathes Israel though, so he's fishing for some sympathy for their attackers.
