Yea, and pretty much every other good to slightly below average TE got signed before the Bengals signed Smith to a super cheap deal. Which to me indicates most teams didn't see much in him including the Bengals. I agree the blame should go more on the Bengals than Irv since he's been about what he's always been. JAG
