MAGA lawyer, JENNA ELLIS, pleads GUILTY to felony election fraud for her role in attempting to overturn the free will and votes of millions of Georgia citizens in late 2020 and early 2021. In exchange for truthful testimony at future trials, Ellis pleaded guilty to one felony count of aiding and abetting false statements and writings. She had been charged with two counts, including racketeering which are dismissed as long as she complies with the terms of her felony probation.
The terms of the plea agreement also includes a suspended 5-year prison sentence in Georgia's reformatory for women, with five years probation, $5,000 restitution to the Georgia Secretary of State's office, 100 hours of community service, and a letter of apology to the people of Georgia for pushing the 2020 BIG Election LIE. She must also turn over all communications in regard to the 2020 election. Ellis must now face the bar association where her law license will be permanently revoked. Ellis' law license had already been censured in her home state of Colorado earlier this year.
Mrs. Ellis' charges stem from a Dec. 3, 2020, subcommittee hearing of Georgia's Senate Judiciary Committee. Mrs. Ellis and other MAGA lawyers Rudy Giuliani, Jacki Pick Deason (Unindicted Co-conspirator), and Ray Smith knowingly made false statements and presented edited and doctored evidence in an attempt to mislead Georgia lawmakers about the Fulton County election workers that included knowingly false claims against Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss.
Needless to say, now-convicted felon, Mrs. Jenna Ellis has ruined her career as a lawyer and will be forever known as a liar, and traitor to the United States for her role in the attack on the US Constitution and democracy. She still awaits formal felony sentencing.
