After looking at the memo from Comer, yeah, this isn't really evidence of anything. The big takeaway is that James Biden, his brother, took $40k of his money from a deal and made a payment to Joe for a "loan repayment." Could it be something else? Sure. Is there actual evidence of anything wrong in these records? Nope. There are far too many open questions with this.
