Yep. When you're in that range where coaches have to decide on a long FG or a punt, they should choose go for it on 4th instead (obviously still dependent on things like yards to go for 1st, weather conditions, how much game is left, etc.) but when you're in clear FG range and not losing by more than 2 TDs, kick the FG.
