Tee Higgins, down the road in '24?

Cut Mixon and Nick Scott (12M cap hit in 2024) and tag Tee (23 million)

Re-sign Jonah at RT and beef up the interior OL and DL.

We have a butt ton of cap room next year. Around 90 million dollars with a Mixon cut. There should be zero excuses. My only question is tagging Tee. Really don't love players playing under the tag...doesn't seem like they are all in.
