Texas Christian claims she diverted tornado to another neighborhood

Technically, the tornado did go to an unpopulated place.
There is a large park/preserve between Rowlett and Garland.


So, she didn't send it to Garland to kill people.
It went where she wanted.
It just happened to leave that place and continue on.
